What Is the 7 Brew Customer Portal?
The official Rewards experience is a web portal (plus phone-number lookup at the stand). Per 7 Brew’s FAQ there is no consumer mobile app yet (one is in the works). There is also no order-ahead currently — order at the drive-thru.
How to Sign In
- Go to rewards.7brew.com/login (or start at 7brew.com/rewards).
- Enter the mobile phone number on your Rewards account.
- Enter the SMS verification code.
Most members use phone + SMS. Ignore third-party “7 Brew Rewards” app listings unless clearly published by 7 Brew.
How to Join
Sign up with your phone number at any stand, or online via the Rewards page. Add your birthday so the free birthday drink (1 week after your birthday) can load.
Earning & Redeeming
Official program: 100 points per drink; 1,000 points = free drink any size. Points expire 12 months after your last order. Identify your account every visit (phone number).
If Something Goes Wrong
- SMS issues: Retry on the official portal; confirm the phone number; contact 7brew.com/support.
- Missing points: Submit the support form with phone number, date/time, and stand location.
- Lost phone number: Work only with official 7 Brew support — not fan sites.
