How does 7 Brew Rewards work?
7 Brew Rewards is a free loyalty program where you earn 100 points per handcrafted drink and 50 points per ready-to-eat bakery treat. At 1,000 points, redeem a free handcrafted drink of any size (up to 32 oz Large with any customizations) or save for exclusive merch. Access your account via the official 7 Brew Coffee app, online at rewards.7brew.com, or using your 10-digit mobile number at the drive-thru window. Base points never expire, and birthday drinks stay valid for 7 full days.

TouchPoint Rewards Link Retired
If you previously bookmarked the old TouchPoint rewards link prior to the program overhaul, that URL is now retired. All of your historical visits and free drink credits were automatically converted (1 old punch = 100 points) and moved seamlessly to rewards.7brew.com.
7 Brew Rewards Points & Free Drink Calculator
Estimate how quickly you will unlock free handcrafted drinks, your annual dollar savings, and progress toward your next reward milestone.
7 Brew Rewards Login, Customer Portal & Sign Up (rewards.7brew.com)
Because 7 Brew Rewards uses passwordless authentication tied to your cell phone number, logging in or creating an account takes less than a minute.
At the Drive-Thru Window (Fastest)
Give the Brewista your phone number when ordering. You will receive an automated text asking you to reply “Y” (or tap the link) to confirm enrollment. Important: You must complete your profile (Name, Email, and Birth Date) via that text link to unlock reward redemptions and your annual free birthday drink.
Online at rewards.7brew.com
Visit rewards.7brew.com/sign-in, enter your 10-digit mobile number, verify via the 6-digit SMS passcode, and fill in your first name, last name, email address, and date of birth.
In the 7 Brew Coffee App
Download the official app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, tap Sign Up / Sign In, verify your mobile number via SMS code, and complete your profile in seconds.
π οΈ Troubleshooting 7 Brew Login & SMS Text Code Issues
- Not Receiving the 6-Digit Verification Text? Wait 60 seconds before tapping “Resend Code.” Ensure your phone hasn’t blocked short-code SMS messages, or text
STARTif you previously opted out of 7 Brew promotional texts. - Points Missing After Logging In? Confirm you didn’t register a secondary phone number (such as a spouse’s or work phone) at the stand. Official support at 7brew.com/support can merge duplicate phone profiles if you submit your receipt details.
- Checking Gift Card Balances: Standard loyalty points and gift card balances use separate portals. To check a physical or digital gift card balance, visit rewards.7brew.com/giftcard.
How 7 Brew Points Work: 100 Points Per Drink & 50 Per Bakery Treat
7 Brew awards points per qualifying item purchased, not per dollar spent. Every qualifying drink and bakery treat on your receipt counts toward your next free drink.
| Menu Category / Purchase | Standard Points | Jackpot / Double Points | Counts Toward Free Drink? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Handcrafted Espresso, Originals & Cold Brew (S / M / L) | 100 Points | 200 Points | β Yes • 10 drinks = 1 Free Drink |
| Handcrafted 7 Energy, Fizz, Chillers, Shakes & Teas (S / M / L) | 100 Points | 200 Points | β Yes • All drinks on receipt count |
| Ready-to-Eat Bakery Treats (Muffin Tops, Bakery Items) | 50 Points | 100 Points | β Yes • 20 items = 1,000 pts (or mix with drinks) |
| Standalone 7 Brew Energy Cans (Unmixed Cans) | 0 to 50 Points* | 100 Points | β οΈ Promo Dependent • 0β50 pts (Handcrafted = 100 pts) |
| Kids’ Drinks, Pup Cups, Bottled Water & Merch | 0 Points | 0 Points | β No • Excluded items |
| Buying a 7 Brew Gift Card | 0 Points at purchase | Bonus Promo Only | π‘ At Redemption • Earns points when used to buy drinks |
*Note on Standalone Energy Cans: While standalone unmixed cans were initially excluded in earlier app launch materials, official 7 Brew Support guidelines credit 50 points for individual cans at participating stands and 100 points during monthly Jackpot Days. Ordering a handcrafted Small, Medium, or Large 7 Energy beverage always earns the full 100 points.
β Do 7 Brew Points Expire?
- Accumulated Points Never Expire: As long as your account remains open, your standard 7 Brew points do not expire. You can bank 1,000, 3,000, or 10,000+ points for as long as you want with no balance limit.
- Promotional Vouchers DO Expire: Free drink vouchers earned from special promotions carry strict expiration windows — Birthday Free Drinks expire after 7 days, and Holiday Gift Card Bonus Medium Drinks expire January 31, 2027.
How to Maximize Your Free Drink Value (Size & Price Return Comparison)
Because 7 Brew charges the exact same 1,000 points whether you redeem them for a basic Small coffee or a fully loaded 32 oz Large Chiller with extra espresso shots and sweet cream cold foam, your effective return rate depends entirely on how you spend your points:
| Drink Size & Strategy | Average Price | Points Needed | Cash-Back Value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small (16 oz) Classic Coffee / Tea | ~$4.50 β $4.95 | 1,000 Points | ~8.5% Return |
| Medium (24 oz) Signature Latte / 7 Energy | ~$5.25 β $5.95 | 1,000 Points | ~10.5% Return |
| Large (32 oz) Chiller, Shake, or Custom Energy | ~$6.25 β $7.00 | 1,000 Points | ~12.5% Return |
| Loaded Large (32 oz) + Cold Foam + Extra Shots | $7.50 β $8.75+ | 1,000 Points | π₯ 15% to 17%+ (Best Value) |
π Pro Tip: Always pay cash/card when ordering a Small or Medium drink to earn your 100 points cheaply, and save your 1,000-point redemptions exclusively for 32 oz Large customized drinks. Check our full 7 Brew Menu Prices & Sizes Guide to compare drink costs before you redeem.
2026 Rewards Catalog (Exclusive Merch) & November / Holiday Bonus Promotions
You are no longer forced to spend points at 1,000. You can keep banking points to unlock limited-edition 7 Brew merchandise directly inside the Rewards catalog.
π§’ Official 7 Brew Rewards Merchandise Tiers

- Brew Access Baseball Cap & Branded Keychains / Stickers (Entry Merch Tiers)
- Founding Pour T-Shirt (Available in Signature Pink & Blue colorways)
- Coffee Chat Crewneck Sweatshirt (Mid-Tier Premium Apparel)
