Where is the 7 Brew customer portal?
People say “customer portal” to mean the rewards area in the official 7 Brew app (iOS and Android). There is no separate public website to log in to your account. Corporate information: 7brew.com. This fan site is not a login page.
How do I log in to my 7 Brew account?
Open the 7 Brew app and sign in with your phone number. A one-time verification code is texted to you. The app does not use email/password by default — phone number + SMS code is the standard login.
How do I check my 7 Brew rewards balance?
Open the 7 Brew app → tap Rewards (or the gift icon). Your current 7 Energy Points balance and any active free-drink rewards display on the home screen.
I lost access to my 7 Brew account — how do I recover it?
Account recovery is tied to your phone number. If you changed your number, contact 7 Brew customer support directly through the app (Settings → Contact Us) and provide your old number plus most recent transaction details.
Can I use 7 Brew rewards online or only in-app?
Rewards are redeemed at the drive-thru by either scanning the in-app QR code or giving the cashier the phone number tied to your account.
How do 7 Brew points work?
Earn 1 point per $1 spent. Free drinks unlock at points thresholds (varies by promotion). Bonus point days and double-point days are pushed via app notifications.
How do I add a payment method to my 7 Brew account?
